Refund Policy

At Insightlo, we strive to ensure our customers receive immense value from our platform. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided.

1. Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscriptions, you may cancel at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service.

2. Annual Subscriptions

For annual contracts, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time customers. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your annual contract, you may request a full refund.

3. Enterprise Contracts

Refunds for custom Enterprise contracts are governed by the specific terms outlined in your Master Service Agreement (MSA).

4. Service Disruptions

In the rare event of prolonged service outages violating our SLA, SLA credits will be applied to your account rather than direct refunds, unless otherwise specified in your enterprise contract.
